CRM Learning & Capability Consultant
 
  • $101,279 per annum + Superannuation
  • Fixed term position till 30 June 2022
  • Geelong location

About the role

We currently have an exciting fixed term opportunity working across WorkSafe Victoria's Strategy transformation projects that are deploying a new CRM (Saleforce) system to WorkSafe staff and other key stakeholders. As a CRM Learning & Capability Consultant, you will be working collaboratively with the Project Manager and Deployment Team, and will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing learning solutions that build organisational capability and support WorkSafe's business strategy and outcomes.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Partnering with business Subject Matter Experts to create learning content that is engaging and relevant
  • Translating the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) into a fit-for-purpose training curriculum, lesson plan and content development plans
  • Act as a coordination point for the project to integrate content and develop CRM (Salesforce) assets (materials/documents) as required
  • Responsible for co-facilitation of end-to-end group user training with the business Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Responsible for other ad hoc support and facilitation related to knowledge transfer, including train-the-trainer, as required

 About you

As a member of the Strategy team you will be passionate about people and how change and systems can benefit how people work and engage with others. You are a highly organised and collaborative team player who shares knowledge with other team members, with a hands-on approach.

  • You will be able to take an agile approach to resolve specific problems as they arise and continually tailor training approach as necessary throughout the deployment process.
  • Experienced in develop training materials, delivering hands-on CRM (Salesforce) training to end users, and able to measure the effectiveness of the training.
  • Experience in developing innovative learning strategies / solutions for a varied range of audiences
  • Ability to engage and build rapport quickly and easily with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong training expertise in business process context
  • Experience in delivering training within government organisations is desirable
  • Must be open to flexible schedule/hours and have the ability to travel State wide if required
